>A man shouted a pro-Nazi and pro-Trump salute during a performance of “Fiddler on the Roof” at Baltimore’s Hippodrome Theatre on Wednesday night. >Audience member Rich Scherr said the outburst during intermission prompted fears that it was the beginning of a shooting. The man, who had been seated in the balcony, began shouting “Heil Hitler, Heil Trump.” Immediately after that, “People started running,” Scherr said. “I’ll be honest, I was waiting to hear a gunshot. I thought, ‘Here we go.’” >Samit Verma was seated in the balcony when he heard shouting and saw a man holding his hand straight up in a Nazi salute, he said in an email Thursday. Ushers rushed over to the man while audience members quickly made their way out of the theater and into the hall, Verma said. >“The people around me appeared to be quite shaken by the incident,” Verma said in the email. “There were some people in tears.” >Police were called and security escorted the man out a few minutes later, a police spokeswoman said, and the show continued. Witnesses told the Baltimore Sun that the audience applauded as the man was removed. >But Scherr, 49, said it was hard to focus on the play after that. “My heart was just racing. I didn’t even really pay attention to the second act.” The man was not arrested, a police spokeswoman said. https://web.archive.org/web/20181115180618/https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/ct-heil-hitler-heil-trump-fiddler-on-the-roof-20181115-story.html What is your opinion on doing irl stuff? What do you think of those that do stuff like this either ironically or unironically? Is it even something worth doing? Doing real life stuff seems as if it just gets you into trouble, and makes it harder to find a job that pays well.
>>186000 I mean, it's a given that liberals would lump them together, but people who claim to support both should know better. Juxtaposing the two in such a way to imply that they stand for the same thing is nonsense fit for a plebbit-tier larper.
I really don't approve of this sort of thing, but leftists have pretty much brought it on themselves. tbh they have almost completely destroyed the effect that calling someone a Nazi used to have. In the immediate post WWII era calling someone a Nazi was a serious thing and people didn't take it lightly, now it's pretty much just an internet joke.
>>186120 >normalizing our credo and banners is a priority. Not like this it is not. It makes him look like an asshole. >We have to push for our renaissance. >We >Our Speak for yourself. There needs to be a AnCap sunrise.
This doesn't help our cause, like antifa doesn't help the cause of the left. If someone is going to waste their life, there are better, more impactful ways to do it. >The man was not arrested, a police spokeswoman said He wasn't arrested or named. He was probably a mentally ill black guy. What self respecting nazi would pay to go see fiddler? Easier and quicker to shout at them after the show in the street.
Who even cares if someones a 'Modern Nazi,' A 'Modern Nazi' (as a person who isn't huffing farts would define 'Nazi') has less in common with the ideology of the Nazi party and more in common with the people who drove the actual Nazis back from touching Europe and all the slav nations with their 'aryan-strain' chimpout. I don't most White Nationalist 'Nazis' would appreciate killing or taking over the sovereign nations of people that are mostly white in WWII because 'Hitler did it.' Frankly the people with the same attitudes that pushed back the Nazi party should be allowed to larp as SS officers and throw Nazi salutes whenever they want, it's mostly not Nazi party ideology which is impossible anyway as those ideas got completely atomized already, they don't need to be atomized into nothing again.
